Josh is My Name, Awesomeness is My Game

Excuse my awesome mispronunciation of Oregon.

I’ve been getting emails from a bunch of you with contact info from friends in the Boise/Portland region, but still have yet to figure out a way to Portland. Hmm. If you have any ideas or info please don’t hesitate to email me at matt (at) Again, I’ll be ready to leave Boise by this Sunday, the 7th.

Well, I’m headed to Utah in about 30 minutes and am waiting for a guy who calls himself Johnny Pistols. This is going to be somethin’!

One more thing - My friend Noel is currently traveling around the world in seven months with $7,777. He creates daily updates in a similar fashion. However, he is leaps and bounds cooler, smarter, and stupendous(er). You can find his website at Anyway, we are thinking of creating a global contest between us with challenges thought up by the viewers of our shows. If you have any ideas email me at the contact below and entitle the subject of your email - “You guys are super silly mad men.”

P.S. Turning the big 2-5 tomorrow while on route to Salt Lake City!

  1. Hey Josh.. just now discovered (through luck of seven) your grand adventure and I’ll be “going along” with you to the end.
You’re right, “road trips are rad”.. been on a few myself in my primal days of yore and maybe in the course of my own events I will dust off my 34 year old Kelty backpack and point my nose into wind once again.
    Good luck be with you!

  2. Matt,
I am stoked that Beaver Creek was featured in your videos. This is the resort I spent my past winter working in. I know almost evry acre of that mountain. Awesome, I hope you got the chance to go hiking. Drink alot of water up there!
