Columbia? Friggin’ Awesome.

More in the Archives

I apologize for the late video. I feel like the past 24 hours alone have given me enough material to write a book. The following video depicts my time in Columbia, Missouri leading up to the bus ride that I briefly mentioned in my last post.

Unfortunately, due to safety concerns I did not film my bus trip nearly as much as I would have liked. However, I do have some footage that I will post in my next update. To be short, the bus I was on blew up/caught fire forcing me to sit in a dusty field in the middle of nowhere Kansas at 1 a.m. amidst what my bus driver called “a sea of rattle snakes.” Nevertheless, I am now in Denver at a freelancer collective ready to upload some content. So, without much further ado, I bring you Columbia? Friggin’ Awesome.

Note - Needless to say, I did not get to revamp the opening credits as much as I would have liked this weekend. I cut the length in half, which kind of works. I’ll try to chop it down some more after some much needed sleep. Wooh, sleep!

I’m hitting the road myself soon, heading west from Chicago to California, taking a loop down south and back upto Illinois for a 40 day ride, so I can appreciate your project.

ps.. good deal on escaping the burning bus and the sea of rattlesnakes!
